We came here for a Family New Years Eve. The house is cozy, and the amenities are outstanding. There is a view to the trail and across the golf course. Spotting hikers and cyclists is almost as much fun as wildlife.

Our pets enjoyed the visit as much as we did. When we left one the neighbor dogs came and said goodbye until we drove away! Very nice surroundings. Even the weather cooperated. Would definitely recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everyone loved the coffee and waffle bar. The place was clean and had great access to the trail. The host was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. We got to meet the lovely neighbor! We would definitely stay here again!

Very well kept home with a beautiful view off the large deck. Access to the trails was great. The coffee bar with Nespresso machine and coffee pot/Keurig was much appreciated for the early morning wake-ups before the ride.

Cozy house in nice neighborhood

Felt like we were in the woods, but with really nice neighbors who waved when we went for a walk with our pup. Sat out on the porch often, listening to and watching the birds. House was super comfortable with all the amenities. Coffee and waffle set-up was great in the mornings, then plenty to explore in the area. Go to the Farmer's Market in Bentonville if you are here on a Saturday, we had a great time! We loved Tan yard hike to cascades and waterfall and then the other way to the cave area. Best meal was at Table on 6th. Also really enjoyed Climb Bentonville and the Bentonville Brewery across the street.

Amazing Quiet Place

The property was very clean and cute! The coffee and waffle stations were an excellent touch. There was a trail right off the back of the property and it was beautiful down there! The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Best VRBO ever

This is THE place to stay in Bella Vista. Super clean, peaceful, decor was super cute, great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors, good parking (we had a trailer), and a coffee and espresso bar. The home is stocked with everything you could need. Donnis was super responsive and available for all questions. We know exactly where we want to stay when come back.

We needed room for 3 adult couples to stay overnight. This house was perfect! It was very well appointed in a quiet neighborhood. The host was so amazing as were the neighbors! I would book again in a heartbeat.

One of my new favs

First impressions were very high when we arrived. The rental was immaculately clean, it was very well decorated and the location was amazing. The contact with the host was quick and responsive. We come to Bella Vista quite often and will definitely be making a return stay at this location.
