Golf getaway

The house was great for four golfers to stay and play in Bella Vista! The location was fantastic, very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was peaceful and we even met some of the neighbors that were super friendly.

Not impressed. Location was good for our activities, house inside overall was clean, had most of the basics we needed. However, garage code pad didn't work & no instructions how to use code pad on front door. Many basement windows had no curtains or shades. Conflicting check-out instructions. Landscaping unkept & sidewalk needs repaired. Front porch light burnt out. Kitchen items & extra supplies needed organization. Evolve provided misinformation about what was provided in kitchen. The house needs exterminated. There were numerous other small issues. Based on this experience, would not stay in another Evolve property. Will stick with VRBO premier homes.

Golf Trip

Property was very roomy. Kitchen stove had a burner knob that did not work and kept falling off. Cooking pans could use an upgrade. No broom to sweep up. Front yard needed to be mowed. Not a good look. Overall we had a good time and everything went well. The above are just suggestions to improve.

In trying to give adults there own space became a problem when four of the beds where for children. Perhaps throw a couple of queens in there to accommodate adults and teenagers.

Very Disappointed, roach invested

Property was very unkept and roach invested. The lawn had not been mowed in weeks with weeds over two feet tall. Roaches were all over the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the bedroom. The trash cans were packed full and smelled and it was apparent that they had not been dumped in weeks. I contacted the property manager and told her about the situation and was told that she would contact the maintenance company and let them know. No apology and in fact told me they hope I would come back to Bella Vista even if I rented from someone else. Very poor customer service from my perspective.

The place was nice, clean, and spacious. When we arrived, the temperature inside was 92 degrees. Left window in dining room will not work. Both outlets in master bathroom not working. Window shade in master bathroom not working properly.

Great for large families

Perfect layout for a larger group

This house was very clean and the rooms are all really big. We had 2 complete families plus another set of just parents, 12 people total, and there was plenty of room for us. The only suggestions would be, maybe beanbags or some other seating for the basement family room. With such a big group we didn’t all fit on the sofa, so some more seating options would’ve been nice. Also the outlets in the master bedroom vanity area didn’t work. I saw multiple people had mentioned it in the guest book, so it’s been that way for awhile. That was rather inconvenient, but other than that, everything else was in great condition.

Front Yard Scare

The front yard was not mowed, full of weeds, and had a broken tree - so I was initially scared that the whole VRBO was a scam. But when I stepped through the front door the air was fresh and the inside of the house was exactly as advertised. We especially liked the bike racks in the garage and the new appliances.
