The caddyshack is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse that sits in a quiet neighborhood. We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails, golfing or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. Across the back of the home is a sunroom with a bed swing and numerous games to keep the family entertained. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This is the best appointed rental we've ever used. It very welcoming from the moment you walk in, with diffusers going and everything neat as a pin, yet inviting. We spent three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the outdoor setting as well and loved watching the beautiful blue birds coming and going to feed their babies. We enjoyed most of one day at Tanyard Creek which is a must with a fairly easy trail and stunning waterfall. We highly recommend the Caddy Shack.

Fall Break Getaway 2024

We have found our new favorite home while on vacation! Our family visits the Bentonville area 3-4 times a year for mountain biking and this will be our destination from here on out! The house is spacious, warm, inviting, cozy and quiet! Soft blankets and pillows are scattered throughout the house. We traveled with my parents and our two boys 9 and 12. This home perfectly met all of our needs and we looked forward to coming home after long days of riding. The beds are like lying down in a cloud, comfort yet still great support for side/stomach sleepers. We took an air mattress for one of our boys and the other slept on the hanging bed in the sunroom. They loved the space! Plenty of room for the air mattress along with all of our bikes. We would only add blackout curtains to the sunroom for the kids. The back patio was so peaceful and relaxing as well and the kids enjoyed hanging the hammocks provided out back. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Communication with the owner was easy and Kelli responded quickly. Very pleasant. We will be back!!

Bikers Getaway

My girls and I had the best time at CaddyShack for a quick getaway this week. The place was impeccably clean and decorated and had every amenity we could have asked for. It is right on the bike trail that runs through Bella Vista and into Bentonville. Perfect location and perfect place for a biking getaway. We will be back.

GREAT place for a MTB Trip

Loved this property! I've been coming to Bentonville area to ride each spring for the last 5 years. This is by far and away the best place I've stayed. Great location close to the trails w/indoor bike storage. The deck with a BBQ was a nice feature which let us dodge the Friday night crowds in Bentonville and have a relaxing evening post ride. Will definitely use this place again!

Another great stay...

Second time we've stayed in this location and another amazing vacation home! Everything was very clean and we had everything needed to enjoy the area. The swing and deck were great ways to start/end the day. The location is just, as it's nice and quiet, yet closer enough to everything else in the area. It was great to be able to jump right on the Back 40 system every morning for a great ride before having breakfast with the rest of the group and heading out for other areas. We had something come up and need to make so last minute changes and we received very quick responses to any inquiries. We will definitely continue to try and return to this property any time we visit the area!! Absolutely loved it!!

What a wonderful townhome in a perfect location. Property was perfectly clean and as described. Proximity to trails, golf, bike park makes this the perfect place to stay in Bella Vista. Hidden Treasure

We chose this rental for its location to our family, but it’s a true gem! The owner clearly pays attention to the details and anticipates the needs of the guests. It’s beautifully decorated with a soothing style and the sun room has an incredible swinging bed. Very relaxing and restful home. We enjoyed lunch outside on the nice deck. The entire home was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it.

Little Get Away Vacation

We came into town for a wedding with friends and really enjoyed our stay. The location is no nice with the scenery, trails and park. We hiked around the area and spent plenty of time outside enjoying the cool weather. Very beautiful townhome. We would definitely recommend to other and/or return.

Amazing atmosphere!!

This property listing had everything and more to make our experience wonderful! Not only did it offer a quiet place to retreat for our morning coffee, but also offered games and activities for our kids! I love how the community doesn’t only cater to the adults, but offers so many amazing things to entertain the young ones as well. The house is spotless and in a quiet area. Enjoy a park that’s nearby, play a round of 18, or go for a morning stroll down their amazing trails in the cool weather (pleasant escape from the heat at home). Caddy Shack was a perfect home base

With so much to do in the area we loved our place at the Caddy Shack. It was so welcoming and Kelli has thought of literally everything! Very clean. Great location. Would most definitely stay here again when in the Bentonville area.
