Enjoy your river stay in our beautiful guest house studio complete with private dock (shared with owner) and adjacent boat ramp. This riverfront property is a very rare 10 acres of pristine landscape and direct access to the Suwanee River ideal for a getaway filled with river activities Including paddle boarding, kayaking, waterskiing, fishing and swimming. Within a few minutes boat ride, you can be swimming in beautiful freshwater Springs. Amazing places to eat by water and by Land! Located on the Suwannee River, but only a short 20 minute boat ride to the mouth of the Santa Fe river. The studio is located in a separate building, but on the same property as our residential home.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk.
