We had a fantastic stay. We received a warm welcome with a hand written card and a delicious coconut bread. The staff was nice and very helpful. We booked the deluxe suites/adjacent rooms to accommodate three adults and four kids (12, 10, 4 and 1). The rooms have everything one could ask for. They are very spacious, feel luxurious, the design is modern, the bathrooms are nicely tiled and the shower is hot (which we've not had at other places we've stayed at during our visit to Belize). The pool and hangout area around it was super nice as well and everybody got to enjoy it. We didn't use the gym, but that too looked really since it overlooks the pool area as well. We felt safe the entire time we were there and would definitely return.

A 2 day stay in Belize City

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location offers a quick walk to bakeD cafe for yummy breakfast and lunch and the Twin supermarket is around the corner for the rest of your needs. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and parking was avaliable. I highly recommend The Palms for your stay in Belize City.

Friends and I took a trip to Belize which included a stay at The Palms in Belize City. The place is VERY nice, clan and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and we felt completely comfortable and safe there..

This is a hidden gem in Belize city. This was our transfer from San Pedro to Florida stop over and we are glad we extended our stay. From the unique clean and modern rooms to friendly front desk service, this place will be a definite when we return. As an fyi, This is a small property with 12 rooms but still has a pool and a bike and a treadmill but it is importsnt to know that loud noises and pets are not appropriate.

The rooms were large, clean, modern and comfortable. Newly remodeled or constructed. They were very helpful setting up transfers and excursions as well. Nice personal touches. The hotel was very safe and secure and convenient to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved the coconut bread. Thanks for the great time.

This property is Lush with wonderful informative people. What I liked about the property was that it is in a residential area.. because of this the area is quite quiet which is a+++ in my book.. however, my absolute only issue was other people actually.. after a long day of exploring I wanted and got peace and quiet. I was awoken by children running about and making lots of noise.. it was unfortunate, but the front desk alerted the parents and that was done thank goodness.. I, however lost some rest that evening.. doesn’t matter for that one, I will be coming back and staying in this location only! The spa attendant, Patty, listen AMAZING.. the front desk attendant, Sheraton, AMAZING! I’m not sure if the manager’s name, but she was AMAZING.. I just cannot wait to come back!

Great place if you need to be in the city. There is plenty of coast nearby but no accessible beach. The neighborhood is pretty upscale but the infrastructure is decaying, like big pits in the sidewalk with 5 foot sinkholes. Good restaurants nearby, very friendly and helpful staff which went out of their way for us All the extra things we wanted while staying here the staff here made it happen. Default amenities are an average pool and in room mini bar don't expect any more. You can trust them to book excursions and services for you without cheating you.

There's a real feeling of having your own little sanctuary. Days can be spent lounging by the impeccably clean pool, soaking up the Belizean sun, or perhaps indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment. Evenings are for quiet moments, perhaps with a drink on your balcony, or enjoying a meal delivered right to your suite.

The room and location were great, and the staff was a helpful and friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants and pickup location for most excursions. The only downside was that there was no ice machine, but no big deal. I'd recommend staying here and traveling to San Pedro for a day or two instead of staying in San Pedro if you're coming to Belize.
