Camelia modern apartment with lake view

On the first floor of a period villa in Belgirate directly next to the lake is the Camelia flat. The entrance to the flat is at the rear of the villa and is on the ground level, the same level as the parking space reserved for guests. The flat is newly renovated and furnished with style. From the entrance you reach the bright living room with dining table, sitting area that becomes a sofa, Smart TV and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen open to the living room is well equipped and divided by two arches . In front of the living room there is a balcony where two people can sit and enjoy the view of the park and the lake. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. In the park of the villa full of beautiful plants and flowers there is a very rustic area where you can have a barbecue and areas where you can relax outdoors. Crossing the main road through a small gate you go down to the villa's private beach, a spot from where you can bathe in the lake which is very simple and natural. In only 5 minutes by car you can reach Stresa and in 2 minutes by car the centre of Belgirate. Only small animals are allowed.
Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a kitchen, a washing machine, and a balcony. Limited housekeeping is available.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Das Apartment entspricht zu 100% den Bildern und ist einfach nur ein Traum! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Wir waren zu zweit mit einem Hund in der Wohnung und der Platz war vollkommend ausreichend. Zu dritt könnte es etwas eng werden. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber hat trotzdem eine geräumige Dusche und sogar eine kleine Waschmaschine. Der Check-in erfolgte unproblematisch, da die Schlüssel vorne am Eingang hinterlegt sind und es gibt direkt einen Parkplatz am Haus. Man sollte auch mit Auto anreisen um alle naheliegenden Strände und Orte problemlos zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt direkt zwischen der Bahnlinie (man hört diese etwas, aber nicht sonderlich störend) und der Hauptstraße nach vorne zum Balkon. Es gibt mehrere Grünflächen um das Haus herum, sodass man auch mit dem Hund kurz raus kann. Die kleine Wohnung ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt wohl fühlt. Die Küche ist mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet wie Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine- es gibt sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Seltsamerweise hat man uns jedoch nur einen Spültab gelassen. Unverständlich ist auch, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht im Preis inkludiert sind und man für diese extra zahlen muss, obwohl es sich bei der Wohnung um eine gehobene Ferienwohnung handelt.
