The property was easy to access. It was clean and fairly comfortable. The floorboards creaked a lot and so it was easy to hear other guests moving around. The property does need some minor fixes. Reasonable cost.

Berlin Townhouse

We had a satisfactory stay in Room 1 at Berlin Townhouse last month. There was a bit of stain on the headboard, but other than that, the room was clean, as was the bathroom. We did not make use of the kitchen facilities but they also appeared to be clean. For the price that we paid, this was very worth its while. Many Thanks everyone.

Having a bus stop just outside Berlin Town House was extremely helpful and convenient. This property has all the required facilities such as the kitchen and the washing machine/dryer. One minor area to look into would be the toilet seat (on the 2nd floor) which is not stable, hence quite uncomfortable to use.

Loved my short stay, was great having the freedom to cook if I wanted and basically feel like being at home but also have privacy in my own room too. Ideal area just a 20 minute walk from city centre, only downside is it’s next to a pub so weekend was a bit rowdy outside but nothing bad and easy to sleep through. 100% recommend and would stay here again if I came back to Belfast.

Great stay

Despite being outside the city centre it was safe, clean and practical. Very good for a business trip on a budget. Several shops nearby. It is also in a historical area so plenty to learn about.

Perfect for 1-2 people. Great Location and convenient. Price was good. Upstairs guests were noisy during part of my stay late at night and the noise carried through the ceiling. Other than that, the room was perfect.
