O local é bastante antigo e deteriorado, necessita de uma reforma. Os quartos têm mofo nas paredes e estrutura danificada, ou banheiros são piores e têm mofo. Os elevadores dão medo, porque você consegue ver a estrutura de cabos do elevador quando a porta abre.

Tive a sorte de ficar hospedado somente uma noite, por conta de uma conexão no aeroporto de Belém. Cheguei às 19h e sai no dia seguinte às 12h. No quarto a luz queimada, tv não funcionava, a porta do banheiro não tem trinco, a janela do banheiro não fecha, pois está toda quebrada, fazendo com que o ar condicionado saia pela janela. Na recepção são indiferentes. Nunca vi um hotel tão decadente. O hotéis.com tinha que rever esse tipo de parceria.. Depois de pago vou reclamar para quem? Mais uma, o banheiro que fica na recepção também não tem trinco. Um absurdo. Decadência totalm

Quartos sujos e com baratas (encontrei 3 no total)a limpeza é superficial só pelo meio do quarto e olhe lá acho que nem lava o vaso e se você passa nove dias e precisa trocar o pano da cama e tira para a camareira trocar quando volta ao quarto você percebe que ela colocou a mesma de volta,foi que aconteceu comigo pela segunda vez .passam mais tempo batendo papo e ouvindo música no telefone do que fazendo o serviço direito , deveria haver uma inspeção por parte da governanta mas não há elas ficam à vontade para fazer de qualquer jeito .roupas de cama e banho são precárias praticamente todas manchadas e amareladas. Pelo preço da diária que está equivalente a outros hotéis bem melhores deveriam oferecer um melhor serviço.. Enfim pretendia fechar os meus 15 dias mas não deu. Na recepção há algumas pessoas que nem olham para sua cara quando você vai falar não sabe nem como resolver o problema ou se vai reclamar de algo fecham cara para você é nítido. A própria entrada do hotel é suja o vidro super sujo.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Já me hospedei lá três vezes. Em duas dessas ocasiões, fiquei em quartos muito bons; porém, na última vez, não gostei do quarto em que fiquei. Alguns funcionários são muito educados e prestativos, mas outros são bastante grosseiros. O café da manhã é bom. O que realmente deixou a desejar foi o atendimento de alguns funcionários e a qualidade de alguns quartos.

A equipe de atendimento são super receptíveis, a localização é 10/10 não há o que reclamar, eu amo o bairro e a localização que fica perto pra todos os lados que você precisar ir. Quartos são pequenos mas deu pra descansar bem, o ar era geladinho, a luz do banheiro queimou o rapaz do conserto não estava e a recepcionista veio me acudir, achei que faltou um espelho no quarto, só tem no banheiro, mas isso não é nada grave. O café é bonzinho, simples mas tinha um pouco de tudo que é tradicional em um hotel. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Já me hospedei no rede Andrade docas na última viagem e sem sombra de dúvidas que o rede Andrade hangar é melhor, docas nunca mais. Localização do hangar é muito segura
