Annoying part, arrived there late and I was told need a code to enter. Had to call reservations asking for code. Arrived and then was told to still pay, but everything was paid in full. For a property with such high standard, they can spend some money on proper pillows and bedding. Shower heads and shower needs proper cleaning. Sad to see so much littering by the people, and no one picks it up. Overall, property was really nice, peaceful. Game drive was boring. Spa was amazing.

Rented a lodge last minute but unfortunately the house had not been cleaned, the place was a mess from the previous occupants. The front end staff were very helpful but limited in what they could do as it was New Year’s Day, we ended up needing to move twice in our 2 night stay. We were offered an average breakfast for the inconvenience but not suffice for spending half our time moving. Disappointed.
