We were 2 families stayed there for a week in apartments. You need to know that this is a building managed by a company like Airbnb.
Good location with supermarkets, shops and cafes all around. Building is good, seems new, secured with pass codes.
Apartment is modern but furniture is not top notch (couch was kind of worn out with feathers coming out of it all the time).
- Payment was a hassle as they kept sending messages saying that payment didn't go through and asking for proofs while it was done according to the bank.
- The first surprise is asking for a security deposit which is not required by many companies.
- Very late in sending the check-in instructions until morning of check-in day.
- Very weird guy responsible for the building and who did the keys handover.
- Master bedroom sheets had a blood stain and a hassle back and forth to change sheets.
- weather was really hot and we couldn't turn on all ACs because electricity kept disconnecting. A simple turn on of water kettle was a reason for electricity to disconnect.
- Apartment uses the key chain in a slot to turn electricity on, so everything keeps disconnecting every time you remove the key.
- Water heating is not like auto and you need to push a button and turn it on if needed.
- Information was wrong everywhere like expedia page showing check-in 4am which turned out 4pm.
- They were very strict in check out at 11am.
- Hassle to chase for security refund and receiving it less!
