The romantic apartment 'Molly Moon', nestled under the large thatched roof is one of 2007 - 2010 restored Grade II listed farmhouse with beautiful orchard, field edge is in a quiet location in the East Holstein Switzerland.
10 minutes by bike from the Baltic Sea beach. Sailing, horse riding, golf, tennis, beach, cycling, hiking. All this provides the immediate environment. Let your mind wander in the garden under the fruit trees. The apartment is ideal for romantic days together (ex. A sofa bed for one. Up to two children). The cozy kitchen and the corresponding private garden area invite for self catering. If you do not feel like cooking, you can enjoy delicious restaurants from the beach up into the country.
Molly Moon offers free Wi-Fi and a sauna garden with uninterrupted views across the fields of East Holstein. The sauna is a barrel sauna with wood burning stove, a few meters away from MolyMoon and is also the tenants of Lucky Wood, Little Moon and TwoFishes available. However, there is an assignment table on which every tenant can enter as desired and available, so he has a sauna for the registered period for private use.

A parking space and enough space for bicycles are also available.

Wir haben uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und mit der zusĂ€tzlichen Woche von Mini Moon fĂŒr unsere Kinder eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.Nicht ganz deutlich war fĂŒr uns, dass MollyMoon sich im Obergeschoss des Hauses befindet - die Treppe war uns nicht klar beim Buchen und dass das Schlafzimmer kein Zimmer sondern eine Empore war auch nicht klar.Die Entfernung vom Bad zum Schlafzimmer ist fĂŒr Ă€ltere Leute etwas ungĂŒnstig. Die Einrichtung hat uns gut gefallen und die KĂŒche hat hervorragend funktioniert. Dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten war natĂŒrlich auch super!

Ein idyllischer ‚RĂŒckzugsort - pure Entspannung

Unser Aufenthalt in der kleinen Kate Molly Moon war einfach wunderbar. Umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen konnten wir die Rufe der Zugvögel tagsĂŒber und auch nachts hören – ein herrliches Erlebnis mitten in der Natur.Die Kate selbst war kuschelig-gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und strahlte mit ihrem Charakter aus alter Zeit eine besondere WĂ€rme und Geborgenheit aus. Die liebevolle Gestaltung und die einzigartige AtmosphĂ€re haben uns von Anfang an begeistert. Auch unser Hund hat sich rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles, wie beschrieben. Ein perfekter Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, die Umgebung zu genießen und einfach den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen.

Das Objekt ist sehr urig und grundsĂ€tzlich prima. An Wintertagen jedoch nur mit viel Holz zu heizen, etliche Undichtigkeiten fĂŒr Windeinfall. FĂŒr uns okay - aber nicht jedermanns Sache. Daher nur drei Sterne fĂŒr das liebevoll gepflegte Objekt. Im FrĂŒhling und Herbst ein trĂ€umchen!

Molly Moon

Wir haben uns in Molly Moon sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Wer alte HĂ€user und ihren besonderen Charme mit allem was dazu gehört mag, der ist hier richtig. Das denkmalgeschĂŒtzte Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben eine wirklich gute Zeit gehabt. Auch die Begegnungen mit den Vermietern waren ausgesprochen angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Treppe erschien uns mit unserem 11 Jahre alten Hund anfangs sehr steil, er hat aber sehr schnell gelernt, sie sicher rauf und runter zu gehen. Die Begegnungen mit den anderen FeriengĂ€sten im Garten waren sehr angenehm und die Aufteilung durch BĂ€ume und StrĂ€ucher bietet jedem die Möglichkeit, sich zurĂŒck zu ziehen. Die Ruhe, die wir in dieser Lage erleben durften, trotz der Straße, die am Haus vorbei fĂŒhrt und von der wir in unserer Wohnung wirklich wenig mitbekommen haben, hat uns sehr gut getan. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und waren viel zu Fuß unterwegs. Es bietet sich an,ein Fahrrad mitzubringen oder vor Ort zu mieten. Da unser Hund nicht Radtauglich ist, war das fĂŒr uns leider keine Option. Kurz und gut: Wir haben nichts zu meckern, uns hat's gut gefallen.

RĂŒckblick

Die Anreise war gut. Der SchlĂŒssel bzw. die SchlĂŒsselbox zum Objekt ließ sich schwer auffinden, aufgrund die Zuordnung nicht stattfinden konnte. Unsere Wohnung war nicht beschriftet und die Box hing an einem Ort, der nicht beleuchtet war und schwer zugĂ€nglich (Verletzungsgefahr). Die Wohnung hatte beim Betreten einen merkwĂŒrdigen Geruch. Ein altes Haus, das in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Ferienwohnung sieht gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet aus aber war eisig kalt. Also Kamin anschmeißen, dieser quillt ĂŒber mit Asche. Die Toilette mit Dusche ist ein Stockwerk tiefer. Das Toilettenfenster ist ein Stallfenster und hat einen Metallrahmen. Somit herrschten dort Temperaturen wie draußen. Die kleine Heizung lief mit Timer und wir hĂ€tten kontinuierlich hin und her laufen mĂŒssen durch das Stockwerk um eine fortwĂ€hrende gleiche Temperatur zu haben. Das gilt auch fĂŒr den Lebens- und Schlafraum. Wir mussten kontinuierlich den Kamin heizen und Holz schlagen zum anmachen. Es gab zwei kleine elektronische Heizstrahler wo wir uns dumm und dusslig bezahlt hĂ€tten mit der Stromkostenabrechnung. Der Weg zum Holz holen war gefĂ€hrlich. Über einem Graben lag eine Brett welches sehr instabil war. GefĂ€hrlich mit den vollen Holzkörben dort zu balancieren. Unsere Klamotten haben den Geruch des Hauses angenommen, welche wir komplett durchgewaschen haben. Nach Sechs von Neun gebuchten Tagen sind wir abgereist. Diese Info‘s hĂ€tte ich im Vorfeld benötigt! Perfekte Unterkunft fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub an der See

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit sehr schönem Garten. Der Weg zu den StrĂ€nden ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Kilometern gut zu schaffen. Der Vermieter war fĂŒr uns immer ansprechbar.

Ausstattung

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar - Wohnung und Garten, etc. alles sehr gepflegt. Sofa war etwas kaputt und bemalt, konnten wir mit einer Decke "unsichtbar" machen. Manko war jedoch, dass wir jeweils nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch fĂŒr 14 Tage hatten - ebenso BettwĂ€sche. Hier wĂ€re ein Wechsel aus hygienischen GrĂŒnden nötig. Erst recht, wenn wir die Sauna benutzt hĂ€tten ( Wetter war aber zu schön - Gott sein Dank). Also wir geben eine Empfehlung fĂŒr Molly Moon, aber man sollte vorher nach weiterer WĂ€sche fragen, wenn man lĂ€nger als 1 Woche dort ist:)
