Fantastic attached house with sea views located in a quiet urbanization just 1.5 km from the beach of Sa Tuna. Spread over three levels, on the upper level is the entrance hall, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and leading to a large terrace. On the lower level, there is a bathroom, two large double bedrooms, and the master bedroom ensuite bathroom. All the bedrooms have access to a large terrace. At garden level, you will find the large and comfortable living dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen. All this part is leading to the terrace and the garden with swimming pool. Parking place for one car.
