"The front desk staff was unwelcoming and rude. We checked and casually asked which floor was our room. The lady at the counter rudely replied that nothing will be changed as we had booked through third part. Only the change requests from "their guests" are accepted. We clarified that our question was not meant to ask for changes. After hearing that the lady didn't apologize. The property is not well maintained and our room was nowhere similar to what was in the pictures. We observed that staff was rude and uncooperative to foreign guests. We will never stay at this hotel."
