Le : maison isolée, au calmeLes - : maison pas entretenue, voire délabrée - certains châssis ou volets pourris, murs intérieurs sales (traces de doigts etc.), planches de WC abimées, hotte cassée, portes de penderie ou de douche ne se refermant plus, poignées de meubles manquantes, joints de douche moisis, porte de douche, pommeau de douche ne se fixant plus, fuite à une évacuation lavabo bassine sous évier, terrasse arrière large balcon couverte de mousse, table extérieure côté piscine ondulée, chaises longues déchirées sur les bords, margelle de la piscine en bois qui se décomposent, lampes abîmées, plafonnage se décomposant dans salon, dans une des chambres, dans deux salles de bain, impossibilité d'ouvrir certaines fenêtres, pas d'éclairage arrière donc impossibilité d'aller se baigner le soir, présence d'orties.Quant au nettoyage, 200 !, il n' est pas fait correctement (divan blanc tâché, poubelles cuisine pas lavées, poubelles d'un wc pas vidée, bondes évier ou douche sales avec cheveux, chiures de mouches au sol, portes des armoires de la cuisine avec des traces de doigts et de salissures, certaines casseroles collantes, brosses de wc sales et vieilles, buanderie encombrée, salle à manger avec mauvaises odeurs,...) Pas de clim, nous le savions mais pas de ventilateurs non plus...Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas la réalité Dommage car cette bâtisse bien entretenue, et quelque peu aménagée, serait superbe.
