The house is located on the border of the nature reserve of the Ports de Beseit, 3.6km outside the village, above the Pantano de Pena. Perfect to leave your stress behind and enjoy the calm and spectacular views across the pantano.

The house is surrounded by 2 acres of pristine forests, dominated by pine trees, holm oaks and Mediterranean herbs. The surroundings invite you to extensive sports activities, hiking, cultural discoveries and visits.

The house features a large living-dining area, terraces with views of the mountains and the lake, and four bedrooms with capacity for a maximum of 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 kids. There are 2 bathrooms with shower, and a separate toilet.

!! Keep in mind that the solar power system provides electricity to light the house, charge mobile phones etc. However, NO heat producing equipment must be used as they require too much watt and will damage the system !!

The lake is accessible for swimming at several spots in close proximity to the house.

Beceite offers basic shopping (bakery, butchery, convenience store, pharmacy) as well as several nice restaurants. Anything else, including supermarkets and a gas station, can be in Valderrobres, at about 9km from the house.

Parking is possible on the property, about 50m from the entrance of the house.

Due to the risk of forest fire, it is absolutely forbidden to make any fire on and around the property. We cannot offer barbecue!

Calma y relax

Hemos pasado un magnífico fin de semana 5 amigos. La calefacción no funcionó pero la chimenea hizo su papel, no pasamos nada de frio. El entorno es muy agradable y casa acogedora. Muy recomendable.

Vista espectacular rodeados de naturaleza y tranquilidad

Ha sido genial. La casa es preciosa, orientada hacia el sudoeste por lo que en verano está fresquita. Las vistas al embalse no tienen precio, poder desayunar, comer y cenar en las tres estancias que tiene, todas con vistas al embalse es maravilloso. El silencio es continuo porque no hay muchas casas en la zona y la zona recreativa del embalse queda a unos 500mt. En cuanto a los mosquitos es como en todos los sitios, puedes esperar que pase esa 1,5h cuando salen al anochecer y luego ya puedes disfrutar del exterior. Además tienes kayaks para darte una vuelta al embalse y poder disfrutar de la naturaleza que le rodea y si te gusta el senderismo tienes la ruta de la Pesquera y el parrizal de Beceite que es espectacular en su entorno. Y si te gusta la astronomía puedes disfrutar de la vía láctea en su esplendor gracias al magnífico seeing que hay. Si eres aficionado a la astrofotografía has de buscar el zenit porque los árboles quitan mucha visión.

Casa y experiencia espectacular

La casa es realmente muy bonita y confortable, las vistas al pantano y la ubicación precioso y perfecto, lo único no pudimos disfrutar de cenar ni comer fuera porque en la estructura de la casa habían avispas, y se adentraba dentro de la vivienda, pero hablando con el encargado nos comento que solucionarían para mejor estancia de inquilinos a futuro, esperemos sea así!! Más que todo porque no nos gustaría que después de dar una valoración buena se encuentren el otro año con el mismo problema que nosotros y que aunque se podía llevar podría ser un caso grave para la salud de las personas. Por todo lo demás una casa que repetiríamos sin dudarlo

La estancia nos resultó muy agradable por las prestaciones de la vivienda, grande y cómoda, así como su ubicación. Es ideal para plantearse pasar, en paz y armonía con la naturaleza, varios días. Sin embargo, si se quiere como base para pernoctar y hacer turismo por la comarca, he de reconocer que está algo alejada de los núcleos urbanos. Está conectada con Beceite por una pista o camino de tierra que no permite circular con rapidez y está casi a 5 km del pueblo, así que ir y venir es bastante molesto. Muy recomendable, pero con la salvedad que acabo de comentar.

Geweldig

Het is een geweldige huis op 600 meter hoogte met uitzicht op een prachtig blauw meer. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De tweepersoonsbedden in de slaapkamers zijn redelijk. Ik vond het bed in de rechterslaapkamer wel wat hard, maar dat is persoonlijk natuurlijk. De hoogslaper ligt goed en het bed eronder, is dacht ik een slaapbank, is redelijk. Er is nog een kamer met een eenpersoonsbed en en babybed, maar die bedden hebben we niet gebruikt. Het terras heeft genoeg schaduw- en zonplekken en kun je heerlijk relaxen. Het is leuk om een hangmat mee te nemen. Die kun je tussen de bomen op het terras hangen. Om bij het huis te komen, moet je wel op een weggetje rijden met stenen en gaten. Goed opletten! Bij het huis heb je een de oprit schuin naar boven. Bovenaan kun je dan de auto neerzetten. Er kunnen twee auto's naast elkaar staan. Ramon, hele aardige man, helpt je naar het huis komen de eerste dag en als er wat is kun je het hem vragen. Hij spreekt wel alleen Spaans. Veel grond rondom het meer is niet makkelijk begaanbaar. Je kunt dan ook niet direct vanaf het huis naar het meer. Daarvoor moet je een paar minuten lopen. Vanuit het huis naar beneden en dan zo'n 5 à 10 minuten naar rechts het weggetje aflopen. Bij het water zijn alleen stenen, dus waterschoenen zijn wel een aanrader. Trouwens overal in het gebied heb je waterschoenen nodig. Bij het meer op een handdoekje liggen kan wel, maar ligt niet echt geweldig door alle stenen. De omgeving is prachtig en zeker aan te raden om te verkennen! Voor boodschappen moet je wel altijd met de auto weg. In Beceite kun je brood halen en nog een paar andere dingen, maar voor meer boodschappen is Valderrobres (6km verderop) het dichts bij (twee supermarkten) en aan te raden. Anders kun je naar naar Alcaniz of Tortosa. Dat is beide wel ongeveer een uur rijden. Alcañiz zelfs 1,5 uur. Op het pleintje in Beceite (Calle dr. fleming) kun je heerlijk tapas eten. Er zijn nog meer eetgelegenheden, maar daar zijn we niet geweest. Wil je naar het strand dan is Sant Carles de la Ràpita (voorbij Tortosa) leuk om naartoe te gaan. ongeveer een uurtje rijden. Let op dat je via de N230b naar de c12 gaat (met name terug, dat wordt terug namelijk niet goed aangegeven) anders rij je om en word je naar een weg met veel scherpe bochten geleidt. Geen aanrader in het donker! Wil je graag omgeven door prachtige natuur, ver van de bewoonde wereld zijn en in een fijn huis, dan is deze plek een aanrader!
