It's a perfect time to book this charming 2 bedroom cottage on the Titabawasse river. Located next to 100's of miles of trails on state land for a full day of riding in the woods and catching the beautiful fall colors this area has to offer. With an extra wide drive way it provided easy parking for trailers and vehicles. Bring your dirt bikes, four wheelers side by sides, trucks, jeeps, or beaters with heaters and explore so many trails! Wake up to beautiful views of the river from the master bedroom and enjoy a beverage on the outside deck that has views of a waterfall and goldfish pond. The large deck features a gas grill and tables and chairs. It's also a great spot to watch our beautiful sunsets. Bring your kayaks and paddle the river right out the back door and catch the colors from a water view! Enjoy a fire in the fire pit that over looks the water on the fall chilly nights or snuggle on the couch and get connected with spectrum wifi. Both bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs to accommodate your viewing pleasures. The home also has a full sized washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen with a fridge, electric stove, and microwave. Everything is included to make your stay feel like home.
