We check in after 9pm and as soon as we walk in at the front guess, another guess is complaining about his room 216 AC is not working. After we check in they put as on room 212 and the room is so nasty, smell like pee, dog, just pure nasty. So while walking back on the hallway i saw one of the staff or owner of the hotel leaving 216 and i told her the room smell bad. She said this room 216 only complained is the AC not working but upon inspection everything is working. But before midnight the AC start acting up and we decided to check out. I called today and complained about the issues and they don't even care. They guy guy on the phone told me that we accepted the room. With no complaints. This is acceptable and they need to refund my payment.

The overall hotel was clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The pool area needs restoration. I was looking forward to the hot tub, but I decided not to get in because of the need for cleaning and repair. The manager did ask the next morning how my stay was, and I mentioned it. She seemed very open to checking into it. Overall, the hotel was clean.

I asked the service individual to (after we checked out) to wipe down the inside of the bathroom door. It was very dirty, also was the lamps and shades. I reported to the front desk that there was no hot water in the sink. overall the room and bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. the room cleanliness was only adequate.

Didn't like the weekend staff, somewhat rude. Lack of transportation options, great place for adults, even ages 12 and up. This location simply doesn't have the right mix of facilities and outside activity for younger children.

In town was great. The dog next door continued to bark until late. Our room smelled HORRIBLE. We were double charged for every transaction and had to wait for refund. Management reached out and was super nice and got our refund back quickly. Seemed like the staff needed a little more training for check in.
