Ground floor apartment with private pool in restored farmhouse

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a tastefully restored farmhouse with a plot of 1500 m2, closed and planted with trees.
Rental is by the week from Saturday 3 p.m. to Saturday 11 a.m.

The accommodation is 60 m2. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with fitted kitchen, a mezzanine with two beds and a bathroom with WC. A sofa bed in the living room can be used as a double bed. A spacious summer kitchen with an oven and a fireplace for cooking grills is ideal for dining and dining outside by the pool.
The latter, only accessible to vacationers of this rental and secured by alarm, is 10 by 5 meters. The owners (ourselves) will be absent but the swimming pool and the garden maintained during your stay.

All amenities are within walking distance: post office, bakery, grocery store, pizzeria, medical center, pharmacy and even a market twice a week on the village square.

Beaulieu, a typical small village, is located 25 minutes from Montpellier, the beaches, the Camargue and the Cévenoles mountains. This region with an ideal climate offers a great diversity of interests: sports (swimming, hiking, climbing, canoeing, free flight, horse riding, golf ...), cultural (ancient villages: St Guilhem le Désert, Sommières ...) concerts, shows, festive activities (bullfighting shows in arenas, manades, traditional village festivals - including that of Beaulieu from 11 to 14 July-) etc.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison de vacances malgré la chaleur estivale. La grande piscine était un véritable atout pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. De plus, le propriétaire était extrêmement attentif et gentil, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Le seul petit inconvénient que nous avons rencontré étaient les moustiques, mais nous comprenons que cela ne dépend pas des propriétaires. Geweldig verblijf

Een geweldige plek om te zijn. De tuin is net een paradijsje, je zit er enorm vrij met een zwembad dat goed onderhouden wordt. Je kon er zowel in de zon als in de schaduw zitten. De directe omgeving is rustig, een mooi uitgangspunt om naar de diverse steden/plaatsjes te gaan. De woning is van veel gemakken voorzien. En ook buiten de woning is eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. De bakker zit letterlijk om de hoek. Een hor in de raam- en deuropening zou heel fijn zijn geweest, maar dat is het enige dat wij misten. We hebben markten bezocht, diverse plaatsen bezocht, wezen kanoën, fietsen etc. De auto dus wel veel gebruikt, maar dat is voor ons geen probleem; daarvoor krijg je een hoop vrijheid en rust voor terug.
