Sauf erreur de ma part, la présentation par Abritel ne faisait pas mention des animations bruyantes qui avaient lieu quotidiennement sous notre appartement. Ce n'est pas du tout ce que nous recherchions.Par ailleurs l'orientation au sud et l'absence de tout dispositif permettant de faire de l'ombre, rendait le balcon inutilisable en cette période de fortes chaleur. Nous voulions du calme et la résidence ne l'est pas cela ne nous a pas permis de jouir pleinement de l'appartement.
