They attention to detail in this place is amazing. It is truly beautiful. Communication with the property management was easy. Location is right across from the Beaufort Hotel which made walking to the wedding were attended easy and convenient. Would stay again !

Wonderful!

We had a great stay- we were in town for a wedding and this place was just perfect for our family of 6. All instructions were clear and the place was well maintained and had all we needed. The only issue we had was with noise form the boat storage facility next door- there was a lot of loud noise starting very early in the morning. This is why I gave location only 4 stars. Otherwise- wonderful.

Comfy, Beautiful Spot for Families with Pups!

We enjoyed our second stay at the comfy and beautiful home! We were just disappointed that the coffee pot for the KitchenAid Coffee maker was missing, so we had to use the tiny one instead. We were also thought it was very bizarre and unfortunate that management only provides 1 kitchen trash bag (the one that's in the can when you get there). They won't give you even 1 extra bag. This is very odd, since they provide multiple toilet paper rolls, towels, washcloths, vacuum, cleaning supplies etc. Besides that, we enjoyed the home and are excited to return next year!

Great Getaway for two Families

This home is perfect for two families of 4 as one family was upstairs and one was down stairs. Having the boat ramp next door and being able to keep your boat on a gated lot as part of the package made boating on the Crystal Coast a breeze. Would definatley recommend for others!

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful property with everything that we needed for our stay. The house is thoughtfully appointed and beautifully decorated, and the host was immediately responsive to any questions we had. It was a perfect size for our eight-person family and allowed us to bring our dogs as well. There is plenty of room for both family time and for privacy and is well situated near 34 North restaurant and Beaufort and all its attractions. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again in the future!

Great space and super clean. Parking across the street for the boat at $10 a day. Public boat ramp right next to the house. Very easy to unload and load the boat. Would definitely return to this house. Scott K

Beautiful, spacious house!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Three bedrooms each with their own full bathroom, two living room areas, and another bunk bed in one of the living areas. Everything was like new. Surrounding area was very quiet.

Lovely home

The home is decorated so beautifully and great location. It was great to use the Beaufort Hotel pool and dining. They was plenty of space for 4 children and 4 adults-would recommend.

Excellent Location, Excellent Accommodations, Excellent Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our family had come to go deep seafishing and the Accommodations were super nice!! Very Spacious!!!!!The only drawback: the website didn't state this was an upstairs unit. We are senior citizens with some having physical disabilities and having to encounter the stairs each day was a chore. For someone in a wheelchair, that would have been disastrous!!! Please update your listing to reflect the unit be is located on the second floor with additional stairs to get to some of the bedrooms!

Green condo stay

This condo was nice to stay in. I was here with my sister and some friends and we enjoyed hanging out on the porch the most. I wish the porch was a little bit more comfy but the weather was nice and we still enjoyed it. The cando is in the parking lot of 34 North which had its pros and cons. Cons: sometimes parking was hard but only sometimes, we didn’t have much privacy. Pros: our friends were able to pick us up at the dock to go to the Cape, we were close to Front St. Overall this property is nice but not on the water. If you have access to a boat the dock right there is nice but I recommend bringing a wagon for coolers and such to get to the dock. Half of us would totally stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience!! The place was comfortable, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the rockers on the porch! We also enjoyed being within walking distance of the water and enjoyed a yummy breakfast over at 34 North.
