Upstairs is a large family room and second master suite. New paint in master bath / living room / dining room / kitchen.

Brand new master shower and vanity and lighting and flooring. Brand new kitchen including quartz counters and stainless appliances and new flooring and sink and lighting. Enjoy the firepit in the backyard on chilly nights or just relax.. New 2022, 5th bedroom and a half bath downstairs. Rec room with ping pong table, TV and sitting area is accessible from outside the house or through garage.. Close to excellent dining, shopping and the best miniature golf on the Island (Flamingo)..
