2 houses on 1 lot. 4 bedrooms in main house with 1 bedroom guest house. Property total is 5 bedrooms that sleeps 10 comfortably. First level of main house includes two bedrooms, half bath and laundry room. The second level of the main house includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with one full bathroom. The guest house includes a living room, dining room, half bath and accessory kitchen area. The second level of the guest house is a bedroom suite with private bathroom. There is no access to the garage. Mattress pads, pillows and blankets provided. Tenant to bring sheets and towels. Beach cart, beach chairs, 8 beach badges and an umbrella available for tenant use. Views of the pool from both the main and guest house decks. There is central air conditioning with a supplemental window unit in one of the bedrooms of the main house. Rental has both a coffee pot and a Keurig. Please note the coffee maker takes golden tone filters and there is a multi-bullet for smoothie making. (Badges are provided but not guaranteed)
