The large first and second floor decks plus a roof deck provide extra living space and additional views.
The fully fenced, beautifully landscaped backyard encompasses the heated saltwater pool, outdoor shower and fire pit, with smooth, foot-saving, pavers for the comfort and safety of our guests. The lifeguarded beach is just across the Boulevard and provides a convenient ramp, public bathroom and public tennis courts. 12 Beach badges are included. Owner provides pillows and blankets.
