Had a wonderful stay. Home was in impeccable condition, and great for our family gathering. Loved the downstairs game room area, the wraparound decks, and the local wildlife (wild turkey, deer, etc.). Somewhat lengthy gravel road access (well maintained road) should be noted for those with motorcycle only transport. We trailered our bikes, so no issue for us. Thank you!

Peaceful and beautiful

Our family had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cabin. The weather was beautiful and the huge porch offered the perfect place to enjoy it as we read, played games, and watched wildlife walk through the property daily. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful, immaculate house . Very relaxing, somany places to see in the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. The host was very responsive, easy check in and out.

Nice house

Clean home up in the mountains. The 17 years olds had fun with the ping pong and foosball tables. - Nice surprise since they are not pictured. There are no pictures of the third bedroom with two beds - but they were the most comfy beds in the house. The three car garage was nice. The closets are huge. Lots of deck space.

Christmas Vacation

We overall loved the location and the house. It is pretty high up but still a great view. We got snow Christmas morning which was beautiful. The house had all amenities we needed in the kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot and even basic kitchen necessities like salt and pepper, coffee, creamer, and more. The only thing to note was the couches are a little outdated and not very comfy and the fireplace is not usable which is one of the reasons we were wanting to book there. Also, we bought a Christmas tree and left it there for future use but it would’ve been nice if it was an option to have since it was Christmas week. The internet is not great either but it was okay. Oven was dirty when we arrived and we notified the host. All minor things but we still enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, our stay was fun. Our kids had a blast. There are some sleds in the garage that kids got to use and the games downstairs were a plus. Lots of room for a family of 6 and our grandson who is 1. The neighbor came over as we were leaving and was clearing the road and our driveway with his snowplow. Real nice guy. Also a very friendly cat who is probably the neighbors since it had a collar. We’d definitely come back here.

Relaxing in the mountains

Hubby and I drove up from Dallas area for a break from heat and enjoy mountains before I had to have surgery. This home was so reasonably priced and loved the wrap around porch where we could enjoy nature. More room than we needed as home is very spacious but amazing. Even had access to a. 3 car garage to park our car securely at night.

Beautiful home away from home

This rental was one of the best we have stayed at of the many we've rented through VRBO. The home is beautiful and has everything you would need to feel at home. Perfect for families with young children or teens, with the many amenities allowed for use. The host was very friendly, answered questions promptly, and even allowed us to check in a little earlier. Communication was prompt and the listing was accurate. The home is a bit far out from the main road that leads to town. It is in a neighborhood, though feels as though it’s in the wilderness. We saw wild turkeys and deer. We would definitely stay here again if we were not commuting on motorcycles. We came for the Four Corners Motorcycle rally. There are multiple turns on very rough, not well-maintained gravel roads causing the commute to be dangerous for motorcyclists. We would definitely stay here again for a vacation non motorcycle related. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful home and for being so helpful!

Mountain Getaway

It is quite a drive to the top, but it is very worth it. This is a beautiful home with tons of space and huge bedrooms. Our kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables downstairs as well as the deer and turkeys outside. We would 100% stay here again!
