We stayed here from 9/11-9/15. 2 stars for good locarion and diverse breakfast bugffet. Otherwise we suffered from lack of internet connection in our room we took them two days to fix. Dirty/stained blankets. Sewage smell in toilets.

Excellent location—easily walkable to sights. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Free bottles of water daily. Breakfast served 8-11am and had good variety. For VIP guests, be sure to get your free bottle of wine—it’s actually quite good. Only complaint was slow WiFi.

The service was spectacular. We were unhappy about being placed in a room directly across from the loud billiard room, and the hotel upgraded our room in order to accommodate us.
