The new boulevard with sunny beach is to reach only 10 min by walk.
The house
The apartment is located middle of the family-run eco farm. It offers enough space for four persons. There is one sleeping room with double bed, one big living room with two comfortable couch, Kitchen and bathroom.
Neighborhood
The city quarter is inhabited only by locals and presents a mix of soviet and "modern" architecture. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
The apartment have its own parking, which is free to use for you.
Our garden
This season (July - October 2022) In our farm grows:
Auberginie, cucumber, tomato, cauliflower, broccoli, peppers, zucchini, pumpkin, beans, dill, salad, basil, bay leaf, laurel, various berries, melon, fig, pear, kiwi, pomegranate, apple, feijoa and more.
Furthermore we have three cats (Ciala, Alina and Gandalf), a dog Harly and 12 chickens.

Sehr gastfreundlich
Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und man findet alles, was man braucht. Am schönsten ist der große Bio-Garten direkt vor der Haustür, dessen Obst und Gemüse wir uns schmecken lassen durften. Der Vermieter und seine Familie waren überaus hilfsbereit und haben uns über das normale Maß hinaus geholfen und mit Tipps versorgt ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken Iveri ganz herzlich.
