Enjoy The stylish Apartment, Bath - a newly-renovated, historical apartment in the centre of Bath - with a great blend of period features and modern comfort! Only a three-minute walk from Bath Spa train station. The two bedroom, two bathroom Apartment is located on Widcombe Parade, with local amenities including restaurants, bars, grocery store, newsagent, pharmacy and coffee shops, near the tranquility of the Kennet and Avon Canal.

This excellently-located apartment has loads of period features - including original fireplaces in the lounge and both bedrooms. The Apartment dates from the late 18th or early 19th Century, and was even run as a dairy in the late 1800s! The period features are beautifully offset, creating a stylish, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere in this self-catering accommodation.

A central staircase, with well-proportioned hallways and landings lead from the ground floor up to to living areas on the first floor and sleeping area on the top floor, with an en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 1: A large, bright double bedroom with king size bed (or two single beds on request). Lovely en suite bathroom. Original open fireplace. Large sash window affording south-facing views the length of Prior Park Road and Widcombe Hill.

Bedroom 2: A well-proportioned double bedroom, featuring a comfy double bed, original fireplace and built in wardrobe. A sash window to the rear of the property overlooks the Kennet and Avon Canal with a view of the Abbey.

Lounge: Our homely lounge is flooded with light from the large, original south-facing 16-pane sash window. The room hosts an extendable dining table and chairs, designer sofa (which can convert to a sofa bed) and a feature armchair. Brimming with technology, the lounge is equipped with satellite TV, blu-ray player and wall-mounted widescreen HD TV as well as surround sound system including CD and radio - and a Nintendo Wii with a library of games. Our sofa bed can accommodate a extra guests.

Kitchen: A well-equipped and cleverly designed galley kitchen features high-end integrated appliances to meet your every need. A built-in double oven and sleek induction hob - both from AEG - full suite of cooking facilities whilst an integrated NEFF fridge with ice-box provides perfectly-sized storage for chilled goods and frozen essentials, including ice cubes! A brand new, integrated Hotpoint Washer Dryer provides great quality cleaning an drying results. A Nespresso machine and milk frother are provided for that much needed espresso or cappuccino to kick-start your day!

Family Bathroom: Our bathroom features matching wall-hung basin and WC, and a large walk-in rain show shower with separate handheld spray. A chrome towel rail is complemented by a lit, motion-activated mirror cabinet featuring de-mist function and integrated razor/electric toothbrush socket.

En suite Bathroom: Our recently converted ensuite features a walk-in rain shower, chrome towel rail and mirror with a light that can be activated as a night light.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Lovely little apartment across the footbridge from Bath Spa Train Station. 3 minutes walk to downtown and the Roman Baths and Abbey. Quiet, clean, comfortable. Very good communications from the owners and checking on sas easy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Bath. It is in easy walking distance from the bus station and the co-op across the street was very convenient. There is a bus stop just around the corner if you need transportation but it is very walkable to get to City Centre and the Roman Baths. We felt welcomed and the communication with the host was excellent.

Wonderful retreat

My grandson and I spent 5 nights here and enjoyed every minute. The apartment was charming cozy and very comfortable. We used it as a base to explore both Bath and its surroundings. We looked forward to coming "home " after a busy day out. The location is especially great if you don't have a car. It's an easy walk to the bus or train station and to Bath center.Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful or accomodating.We both wholeheartedly recommend this rental.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Great location near the train station made travel in from London and day trips out very easy. Easy walk to all the sites in Bath. Nice neighborhood with nearby food stores, pubs, and pharmacy. Adam and Claire were easy to communicate with and were incredibly helpful. Indeed, shortly before our stay Adam and Claire realized I had made an error in the booking dates. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us with a few minor changes. I would stay here again.

Charming, thoughtfully supplied and lovely decor.

We wanted to be central and near the train station and the apartment was perfectly located. It is only about an easy 4-5 minute walk from the station and the also the high street, Roman Baths, etc. were quite accessible. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful at every turn. Would highly recommend.

Great Spot in Central Bath

The flat is on a charming street near the train station and walking distance to all Bath attractions. The hosts were helpful and engaged. The flat itself is very cute and clean. Our family of 3 had a great time.

Location, Location, Location

Spent 3 nights in Bath along with my two adult children. We LOVED our stay in The Apartment. First, the location. It’s in a great neighborhood within an easy 5 min walk from train and bus stations and city center. Great cafes and nearby pubs. A grocery store is literally across the street. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Lots of natural sunlight. Very comfortable beds. May have been the cleanest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. Lastly, Claire was the best. Her travel recommendations were instrumental in a successful early morning journey to Heathrow. Great communication. She truly cares about her guests’ experiences. I would not stay anywhere else in Bath. Thank you, Claire. Highly recommend.

Perfect Accommodation and Wonderful Hosts

Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend.

fabulous property and location.

Great experience. Attentive owner very helpful. easy access to centre of bath, walking. great high street in widcombe parade - especially recommend the Ram pub/deli - for breakfast and all day - a great community pub, very welcoming, great business model - wish had one near where we live. Visited Assembly rooms, Tower and Abbey Top, Thermal rooftop spa - all highly recommended.

Wonderful stay in Bath!

Claire and Adam are wonderful hosts. Claire met us upon arrival and couldn't be nicer! She gave us great ideas of things to do and how to navigate parking our rental car. Wonderful Stay in Bath!

We enjoyed our stay and Claire & Adam could not have been better hosts! Their communication and recommendations in advance of our stay were top notch and so appreciated! The follow up afterwards was above and beyond…my son left his jacket at a local restaurant…they went to the restaurant to get it and mail it to us. We are so grateful to have rented their adorable apartment during our stay!

What A Gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Bath! Great location, and a really lovely apartment. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and well stocked. Claire was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our checkin went smoothly. The location is great for walking to great restaurants and attractions. I would highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Bath. A side tip if you are Vegan, check out Dough and Oak. Great options!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Let me start by saying that if 10 stars was available that would be our rating. We stayed at this property for one week and from check in to check out it was fabulous! The property is very well kept, modern, clean and equipped with everything needed to make our stay as comfortable as home. It is also in a great location, close to the train station, shops and the best part is the grocery store right across the street. I cannot say enough about Adam and Claire, they are wonderful. Any question we had(and we had quite a few) they answered quickly and were very helpful. The little extras they left on our arrival was very welcoming and meant a lot to us. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend anyone staying in Bath to do the same.

Gorgeous views with a perfect location

We loved our stay in this cute apartment. The views are so beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed and It is situated perfectly for all the sites in Bath. Amazing property!

What an amazing property, we all absolutely loved everything about it. Its period charm and contemporary interior made it a lovely place to spend a few days, and we especially loved the little Christmas touches. A very well located property, as it was an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Bath. And the host of the property, Claire was so helpfull, nothing was too much trouble for her. Fabulous!!

Absolutely loved this little house! Our quaint little street was just a short walk ( 5-10 min) to the town center but away from all the noise, so we’re giving it a 10 for location! And a 10 for pretty much everything else as well! Beautifully updated and super cute…. Such a great vibe! And we adored our host! Thank you Claire for all the yummy welcome goodies and especially the fan in the bedroom! I have to add, that about 15 min after we left, we discovered we had accidentally left an item behind. Claire was amazing! Although she was on her way to an appointment, she dropped everything to race back to open up for us ! Picking the right property is what we strive for but having Claire as our host left us persuaded that we had 💯 hit the jackpot!

Home away from home!

Traveling from London to Bath we were delighted to receive such a personal and warm welcome from Claire. Overall, we found the apartment absolutely charming, well equipped with lots of special little touches. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortableduvets excellent location, Flowers, fabulous restaurants, great walks and beautiful shops just steps away from the front door!!!
