**Please note that this home requires the ability to climb stairs, and while this home has it’s own private parking, entrance, kitchen, living, bed and bathroom, it is attached to downstairs apartment which has it’s own separate entrance and living quarters. You can have all the privacy you desire, but please note guests below you may hear your walking and movements.

Didn’t need direct communication with property owner because everything was accurately explained in the welcome email. Conveniently located near Supermarket (Krogers-3 blocks away, walkable). Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walmart about 5 min via car. Overall if my wife was comfortable and she was, then I am happy.
