Picturesque views on this 1.6 acre, 2,900 sq ft, 3 queen bedrooms each with Smart Tv and fire stick, plus pull out couch, lake front home on Lake Murray. 86 inch tv in the den plus 3 large full bathrooms/tubs and showers in each. meticulously maintained. Sleeps 8, in addition it has a pack and play and blow up queen mattress on site. gas grill, new appliances and porch swing. Also Jetted tub in Master suite with separate walk in shower and a walk-in closet. Beautiful views from porch and upper deck that spans the full length of the house. Direct access from bedrooms and multiple rooms onto porch and deck lake side. Ceiling fans all throughout. Washer and dryer in the laundry room and recently rebuilt DOCK with new Dock LADDER for SWIMMING!! Your own PRIVATE boat ramp on the property! this house has a piano in the upstairs sitting area with a pull out sleeper sofa and large Flat screen TV with Fire stick and WiFi. There is a fire place in the den downstairs with a large flat screen smart tv with Fire Stick and WiFi,The TV antenna picks up 18 local Chanel’s on HD. HIgh speed fiber optic internet/WiFi. Across Cove is land that gives your views of luscious greenery as far as you can see. Only a few homes in the cove all facing green area not each other. Includes an incredibly landscaped yard that gives you that awesome water front vacation. Privacy is felt everywhere you look. You are on a private drive off of main road so the traffic is very limited. The kitchen has everything any cook would need ,with 12 place settings, High chair, Pots, pans, bowls, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker and microwave, a cooks dream. There is a Gas grill on the property. In addition to a 4 seat breakfast table, there is a fold out dining table with 6 chairs. Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table. If you like to eat out, there are restaurants and shopping as close as 12 miles away to include a Walmart. This home has everything! The lot is on a gentle slope with a straight in drive way/boat launch. No pets. This home has heat/AC both floors. Towels and sheets are provided!

Heaven on Lake Murray

It was all advertised and better. Nice and clean--comfortable beds--fantastic views and wildlife. Very peaceful. Perfect for kayaking and the fishing was good. We plan to rent again next year. Close to local restaurants, a few stores, boat ramps and rentals. We were not disappointed!

Mary’s property was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and very clean. The water at the dock is not a place we would choose to swim, but we had our tritoon there and it was good for that. The water is shallow in that area where this house is located, so stumps are something to be careful of concerning your boat. It was so peaceful and serene. The mornings with coffee on the porch, watching the deer and birds was good for the soul! Mary is a wonderful host, and we were 100% satisfied that our money was well spent on this VRBO.

House was exactly as listed. We chose to take our linens so not to have to do prior to check out. Setting was very quiet. Very private. Kitchen had all cookware we needed. Only down side was fish were not biting! House was clean.

The weather was perfect for boating, the house was large enough that we had room to spread out. The owner was very accessible and kind enough to work with me on a mistake I had made. We highly recommend this house.

Great place to relax. The dock is nice and easy to get in and out of the water. The boat ramp in the yard is a big plus! The only down side for us was the lack of shade on the back porches as it was pretty hot in the afternoons.

Lake Murray Summer Vacation

We had an amazing time! The location was perfect! The water was a bit shallow and none of us like touching the bottom/very slimy, of course so we just floated the whole time. But this is great if you have young children and don’t want to be in a deep lake. The house was mostly clean except for the kitchen counters and floor when we first got there. One of the toilets had a black ring inside of it as well, but overall clean. The owner provides linens, but you do have to wash them yourself which is tricky to do for that many people and all while you are trying to pack up. I suggest you bring your own. The owner also provided us with two kayaks to use during our stay. Everyone loved that too! You should definitely add that to your description page. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and had the best time fishing, floating and kayaking and did not want to leave! Thanks again and we hope to come back again some day!

Tranquility is spot on!
