Wir erhielten falsche Anreiseinformationen, es war inzwischen eine andere Agentur zuständig. Diese hatte andere Abrechnungsmodalitäten, d.h. wir bezahlten zweimal für die Bettwäsche: einmal bei FeWo-direkt als Teil der Miete, dann bar in der neu zuständigen Agentur.
