This beautiful independent vacation home with garden for outdoor dining is located in the beautiful hills of a typical village of Monferrato, 9 km from Valenza and 31 km from Casale Monferrato. The area is ideal for discovering the history and natural beauty of the rolling hills of Monferrato, where you can walk through vineyards, stroll through markets, taste wines and dishes with truffles, hiking, horseback riding, visit castles and towers. Near the cottage there are many farms where you can taste and buy local products. The location is also convenient to reach the Langhe - Roero region with its important white truffle fairs and wines. In the surrounding area you can visit "Moncalvo", the smallest town in Italy, which hosts the white truffle fair in autumn, Vignale M. known for the international dance festival. In nearby Casale M.to culture and art lovers can visit the synagogue, the Cathedral of Sant 'Evasio, the Civic Museum with paintings by Pietro Francesco Guala.
