Fabulously Located 3-bed villa with large swimming pool in wonderful Frigate Bay

Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Frigate Bay.
This superb property, all on one level is very open plan and boasts 3 nice bedrooms with queen beds, two bedrooms are en-suite and the third bed/bath are opposite each other. It is an upper level home there are two separate self contained apartments below that are often rented long term but if available can be also utilised for a larger families stay.
The home has a beautiful balcony over looking both the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea.
There is a large swimming pool with diving board and a fun slide.
Enjoy the convenience of being in the heart of St Kitts, a two minute drive from the Frigate Bay Strip,
beach and restaurants.
Housekeeping will come Monday -Friday to make the beds and clean the bathrooms.

Where do I even start this review as I cannot say enough lovely things about our stay at this beautiful vacation home!!! The house is perfectly located on a hillside overlooking Frigate Bay. The location provides for stunning views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean ocean in every direction from the balcony, it’s absolutely gorgeous! The home is beautifully remodeled (kitchen is next) and was spotless on our arrival. The beds were very comfortable and the home had plenty of supplies for our stay. Joy, the housekeeper, met us at check in and provided an overview of the home and good insight about the area. She checked in with us often and is such a delight, anything we needed she was right there! The location is superb, 5 minutes to Frigate Strip, Marriott casino, the cruise port, grocery store, airport, and multiple restaurants. Katie, the owner, is one of the most enjoyable hosts I have ever interacted with. No question went unanswered and she was such pleasure to chat with. The beds were all very comfortable, the main living area was very pleasant with the island breeze, the kitchen had anything and everything we needed, and the AC in the bedrooms worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Bedrooms were good and bathrooms.Kitchen could use some maintenance, some doors falling off cabinets and stools with some rust. Also balcony rail was loose and need of repair . Minor issues, view was great, cleaning person Joy was great and easy to be in touch. A little warm in main living area without AC.

Exceptional views

An all round excellent stay, the location is excellent for access to the islands tourist attraction's. The view from the balcony is exceptional and the accommodation is modern and very well presented and looked after. Communication with Katie the owner was quick and efficient and Joy the housekeeper looked after us superbly. The pools was very nice too especially with the warm temperatures.

Fabulous Home, View and Stay

My multi-generational family stayed at this beautiful property for a week. The owner and her on island property manager were fabulous to communicate with. The home is well appointed with amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of board games to entertain in downtimes. Plenty of space for family meals and hangouts. The common areas are open air which was such a treat to feel the warm breeze all day. Each bedroom is air conditioned and has comfy beds. The pool is a great size and super private from neighbours (with slide and diving board, too!). They arranged (very quickly!!) for the new BBQ grill which we thoroughly appreciated for cooking at home meals. Thank you Katie and team for a wonderful stay - we’ll be back

Beautiful Frigate Bay getaway!

From our first communication with the owner to our seamless arrival and check-in with the housekeeper, every detail was handled effortlessly, making for a stress-free and perfect start to our St. Kitts vacation.The photos in the listing don’t fully capture the beauty of this home. The views from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking, offering the perfect place to unwind. We sipped coffee while watching the sunrise and enjoyed wine in the evening breeze—pure paradise.The property feels safe and secure with a gated fence, and the lush tropical landscaping creates a peaceful, zen-like atmosphere. Our kids had endless fun with daily monkey visits and hours in the stunning pool—complete with a slide and diving board! The pool was even larger than expected and meticulously maintained throughout our stay.Joy, the housekeeper, went above and beyond by stocking the kitchen with groceries before we arrived, allowing us to dive straight into vacation mode. She even sourced the best fresh mangos we’ve ever tasted! Midway through our stay, she tidied the home, clearing away all the sand we had tracked in from our beach adventures. The convenience of on-site laundry and an abundance of bath and beach towels made everything even easier.We can’t wait to return to St. Kitts—and when we do, this will definitely be our home away from home!
