Escape to our Bass Lake cabin paradise! Our cozy retreat sleeps up to 10 guests and comes fully stocked with everything you need for a fun-filled getaway. This mountain retreat offers a relaxing hot tub, a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill. It`s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with family and friends, including the convenience of a washer and dryer for laundry. Plus, if you`re feeling adventurous, you can grab one of our kayaks and hit the water!

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $65 per pet, per stay fee.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest. If pet rules are not followed, any extra costs incurred will be at the cost of the guest. Please note: for non-Airbnb reservations, we have a security hold of $300 — if pet rules are not followed or there is damage to the property, we will capture the security hold to cover these costs.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times

*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder onto the neighbors property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. Ask about mid stay cleans for an extra fee.
*Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation. Absolutely no parties!

We are local hosts and live about 30 minutes away in case of emergencies. We are always quick to respond via the message function on the booking platform.

Located in a perfect spot to walk in to the town of Bass Lake, The Pines Resort, and lake access. You`ll find a convenient local market for groceries and essentials just a short drive away. Enjoy delicious meals at several restaurants offering diverse cuisines, and browse unique shops for souvenirs and local treasures. Whether you`re into hiking, fishing, or just soaking up the views, there`s something for everyone in this neck of the woods. We are also located just 30 minutes from Yosemite National Park, you`ll be surrounded by stunning natural beauty. Upon arrival, you`ll find a comprehensive welcome guide filled with insider tips, highlighting the best local attractions, dining options, and nearby hiking trails to explore.

You will need a car to get around. If you are planning to go to Yosemite, you can look into the YARTS bus to avoid the issue of limited parking in Yosemite.

Chains and 4 wheel drive are strongly encouraged in the winter months and may be required if there is snow in the forecast. Please note we are not a hotel and do not have staff available to dig you out of snow, please come prepared in the winter.

While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed.

Pack-n-play must be requested in advance.

Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, illness or family crisis, failure to get national park reservations or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
* Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
* Parking for 3 vehicles is included (including one trailers/boat), any vehicle beyond three will have to find alternative parking in a public area, undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
* Any guest not disclosed in advance of check in will be charged at double the nightly guest charge (plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
* We count INFANTS in the guest total, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you may receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation if max occupancy is exceeded.
* No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, water, electric, etc.
* Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee. Please smoke at the street or off site.
*Up to 2 pets allowed (fees apply, see pet rules if you intend to bring a pet). Undisclosed pets will incur a charge of $500
