Travelers beware,the way you can do a reservation with more than four people is not valid, even though, the platform shows the cabin holds up to 12 guests. The "cabin" is actually a three standing alone cabins with two queen size beds, and each cabin holds no more than four people. Beware that once you reserved this property, it is a VRBO and as such you can not cancel, and will not be refunded (true story, it happened to me yesterday) because If the host refunded you, then their "rating" with VRBO drops, and they do not like that. So they will not agree to a refund. I was told by the host that they don't know why Expedia let reserve the cabin for more people than it can actually hold. I did not get my refund for the reason above. The host was agreeing to a refund then asked VRBO representative (we were in a three way calling) that if they refunded me if their rating was going to drop, VRBO representative told them yes, then the host said they will not refund me then. I did not get a refund, but host agreed to give me another reservation for another time, just on a trust base no vouchers, nothing. Hopefully he will remember me when I make that future reservation.
