Casa Moana, casa antigua con vista al mar

Tenemos una hermosa y antigua casa, con una gran terraza trasera y vista al mar. Tenemos disponible en el nivel superior, un gran dormitorio principal con baño grande de 3 piezas; una pequeña habitación con vista al mar con cama Queen y baño pequeño de 3 piezas; así como una habitación doble con un baño privado adyacente de 2 piezas.
En la planta baja, los huéspedes pueden compartir la cocina bien equipada, el solárium de lectura y la sala de televisión, así como la gran terraza trasera con vistas al océano. También está disponible el uso de nuestra barbacoa. El desayuno lo proporciona el chef Judie y parte de nuestro servicio. Sin costo adicional
Len y Judie tienen cuartos separados en el piso principal.
Estamos aproximadamente a 10 km al sur de Digby. Muy cerca se encuentra la observación de ballenas, la comunidad de artistas de Bear River, el faro de Gilbert Cove, el parque Savary con acceso al océano.

This charming property is very clean and comfy cozy! Lots of living space and the views of the bay are spectacular! The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. I would definitely book here again.

Quaint and comfortable home overlooking St Mary’s Bay. Judy & Len are welcoming and fabulous hosts! The many things we appreciated included the information on whale watching bookings well in advance, beaches, restaurants, chocolate bars in rooms, home made muffins, and local points of interest.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good ready and waiting for us by 7-7:30 am. There was some road noise but it was not too bothersome. Very interesting,comfortable and eclectic decor and furnishings . Would stay here again!

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Casa Moana. Judie and Len told us many stories and they had great advice for things to do in this lovely part of NS. We had a great time.

Great Hospitality

Beautiful setting, deck overlooking St. Mary’s Bay. Private bathroom for all bedrooms was perfect, comfortable beds and with breakfast made for the perfect stay. Thank you Judie and Len.

Beautiful location with incredible hosts

We loved the location with easy access to Digby Neck and nearby restaurants, along with the view from the porch and comfortable, artistic and tasteful home. Most of all we appreciated our conversations with Judie and Len who were fantastic hosts, with great recommendations. Highest recommendation to stay here!

Our group of four women had a super nice stay this lovely home. Judie has thought of everything to make her guests comfortable. She was also very helpful in our trip planning. She had great suggestions for dinners, lunches, coffee, and sites to see. Judie’s breakfasts are lovely as well. We enjoyed her large, inviting kitchen. The entire home is full of interesting, whimsical art and more. We highly recommend this place.

Very pleasant stay

Whale watching adventure and reconnection a!

Great location for a brier island whale watching tour and exploration of the Digby area and French Acadian shore. The home is very comfortable with interesting and quirky decor. The hosts are friendly and very accommodating. We were two couples from different provinces who get together once a year to catch up. Perfect spot for us to do that!

Cosy rooms with a welcoming host!

The property was clean, cute and easy to get to! The rooms were lovely with added little touches like extra toothbrushes, water, and chocolates that made you feel at home. Loved our morning chats with Judie over a yummy breakfast! Judie also gave lots of good recommendations.

Perfection

Judie and Len are wonderful people. The house is great, quiet with an amazing view of the Bay! And forget about Google Maps & tourist guides: Judie will tell you all there is to visit in the region in regards to your tastes! We highly recommend Casa Moana and will definitely go back on our next Nova-Scotia trip!

Beautiful views from porch and sitting room

Lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and well appointed sitting room. Hosts are on site and provide a delicious homemade breakfast. The cat was very friendly.

Quick stay

We got in late and left quite early for the Yarmouth Ferry, but Julie was wonderful to work with. Everything was just as expected and the space was very generous, clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again -Super friendly folks!

Pleasant B&B in Barton

The breakfast was ample with delicious homemade granola and muffins. Our host Judy was very helpful with recommending places to visit. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms worked well for our party of 6 adults. Enjoyed Judy's collection of artwork and the deck.

A great place to stay!

We had a great stay at Judy and Len's. Judy communicated well with us prior to and during our stay, they were very friendly and accommodating of our young kids. The house and rooms were beautifully decorated with an amazing view of the bay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were able to do lots of exploring around the area given the location. Completely charmed and would stay here again in an instant!
