Designed with large groups in mind, this home is perfect for two families sharing a getaway or a group of responsible adults. With parking for four cars and plenty of room to roam, it serves as the ultimate basecamp for White Mountain excursions.

Four well-appointed bedrooms provide ample room for up to 9 guests:

Bedroom 1: A primary suite with a King-sized bed and private TV.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed.

Bedroom 3: Two sets of twin-sized bunk beds.

Bedroom 4: A cozy room with one Full-sized bed.

Two full bathrooms—including one with a bathtub for a relaxing soak—ensure convenience and comfort for your entire mountain escape.

Guests will have private use of the entire house.

This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions during your stay or if there is anything we can do to make your vacation more comfortable or enjoyable.

You need to be 25 or older to book this property.
We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs.
Please make sure all pets are added to your reservation. Pet fee is $50 per reservation.
Please removed shoes and ski equipment before entering the home and leave it in the entry way or on the front porch.
The back yard is not fenced in.
Grill is available from May 1 to October 31 and propane is provided during that time.
The fire pit is available for use when there is no snow on the ground. Firewood is not provided.
The top bunk is for children only.
We provide one bath towel per person and two hand towels per bathroom. Washcloths are not provided.
Cell service can be spotty in the area. We recommend taking a screenshot of the Wi-Fi info before arrival in case of connectivity issues.
An additional fee will apply if pet waste or cigarette butts are found in the yard.

Cooling: Window units in the bedrooms—provided from May 1st through September 30th.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service.

Quiet hours: 10pm–8am.
Parking for 4 cars only.
