The property is in a run down area. The outside of the property looked old and run down. HOWEVER, the staff were amazing. The property was very clean and spacious. Parking was limited

Good location close to shops and attractions we were visiting. Excellent communication from host, responded straight away. Lots of space on apartment and very cean. Nice to have tea and coffee provided. Only minor issue as a family of 5 couldn't sit together at dining table as only 4 chairs.

Booking says we will be met at property if we arrive before reception closes. We arrive and noone is at reception. We call a number and I am reprimanded by the voice on the end of the line for not checking my text messages or answering my phone (I had obviously been driving). This is not the way to treat guests.

DON’T BE PUT OFF BY THE AREA! The area is very industrial but the apartment is not. Space inside the property was huge! Comfy furniture and was reasonably clean and tidy. Property needed some touch ups here and there but nothing terrible.
