"Our room didn't get cleaned, had to empty our own trash and ask the next day for towels and trash to be emptied. We understand waiting to clean the rooms of folks that are staying longer but being gone all day and coming back after 4 and still not having a clean room is too much. The location was amazing and staff was friendly, only negative was, if you stay more than one or two nights, you might not get clean towels in the morning or clean trash cans."
