PIOR HOTEL DA MINHA VIDA

Sem dúvida em errar, o PIOR hotel que já fiquei na vida. Hotel abandonado pelos donos, sem gerência e os funcionários deitam e rolam. Pelo começo, reservei um triplo, me entregaram 1 quarto com cama de casal e após pegaram uma cama de faquir e colocaram lá (outro adulto dormiu nesta situação). O funcionário que fez a troca estava apenas de meia (isto as 17 horas). Quarto com todas as paredes descascadas e cupim em todas as portas, de incomodar no chão. Porta da varanda não fechava, nem por reza. Ar-condicionado teve que ficar desligado, parecia uma locomotiva de tanto barulho. Banheiro com pisos quebrados, cortantes, chuveiro corona dos piores e BARATA pela saída de esgoto. Café da manhã, as 8:30 já tinha acabado o suco de laranja e os funcionários não tem ou não querem repor. A piscina, em frente aos quartos, fica com caixas de som dos hóspedes a 1.000 por hora, parece micareta. Estacionamento em 3 vagas, o resto é na rua. RECLAMAR PARA QUEM? Ou o dono fecha ou assume o hotel. Me surpreende este hotel (que não é barato = 400,00 por 1 noite) estar no HOTEIS.COM.

Péssimo em todos os sentidos

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente. O quarto é horrível com muita sujeira nos banheiros, camas com lençóis curtos expondo os colchões, e nada confortável. Não há limpeza básica. Janelas sujas, rufos de cabelos grudados no teto, janelas e espelhos sujos. Vazamentos e não tinha toalhas de piso e rosto. Péssimo. Não indico. Fujam desse hotel.

O hotel beira rio precisa urgente de uma reforma. Pisos quebrados, soltos com risco de machucar as crianças. No banheiro havia vários itens quebrados que não foram arrumados. Limpeza deixa a desejar. Café da manhã básico. Só tinha frutas como opção para intolerantes a lactose. A única coisa que salvou foi a atenção dos funcionários.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã bom, pelo valor. O ralo do banheiro não tem tem caixa de contenção, o quarto ficava fedendo esgoto, precisamos colocar um plastico no ralo para suportar o mau cheiro. A localização é boa. A piscina não estava liberada para uso e no site indicava que sim.
