HOUSE RULES:
- The use or possession of drugs within the property is not allowed "Penal Code - Article 365"
- Prostitution or sexual tourism practices are not allowed inside the property "Penal Code - Article 187,188,189"
- Carrying or possession of firearms, accessories, parts or ammunition within the property is not allowed. "Penal Code - Article 365"
- No parties, No gatherings with loud music "Please keep the volume low so as not to disturb the neighbours"
- Only children are allowed under the supervision of parents only. "Penal Code - Law 300"
-Security Policy: Surveillance camera to monitor entry to the property. Only guests who have provided their identification document and are duly included and paid in the reservation list will be allowed to enter. If you do not register previously a visitor, a Fee will be charged that is marked in the application at that moment as an additional guest.
-The visitor policy applies to known people such as family or friends and must register in advance. This in order to avoid the entry of strangers every day for security and to avoid practices such as prostitution. Furthermore, they cannot stay more than 10 pm at the property because they would count as additional guests.
- Smoking is not allowed inside, only on the roof or terrace.
- Odor management: Frying fish or smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is very difficult to remove these odors from the environment and is unpleasant for the next guests. Avoid paying a fine of 150 USD per cleaning company plus 250 USD equivalent to 1 additional day of lodging to de-lodge the property.
- Do not throw TOILET PAPER down the toilet, the pipes can become clogged.
- This site may not be used to register commercial content for existing businesses or new businesses. The use of the site for the creation of digital content for social media purposes is also not permitted.
-It is not allowed to modify and subtract the days of the reservation once you booked. no refunds will be made.
- Turn off the air conditioning "AC" and appliances when not using or leaving the property, remember that mini split air systems do not work as central air.

Barranquilla: It is the most expensive energy cost in the country, do not leave electrical appliances such as AC "air conditioning", microwave ovens, dryers, etc. on. Save energy and prevent prolonged use of appliances without turning off can cause permanent DAMAGE and excessive CONSUMPTIOM of ENERGY.
