A large double bedroom, modern wet room, stylish kitchen and shared garden combine to make The Smithy, the perfect accommodation for one or two people looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in Lincolnshire.

A modern kitchen is complete with a state-of-the-art cooker with induction hob, washing machine and fridge/freezer, while the property also provides a Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, digital radio alarm and complimentary Wi-Fi.

The Smithy offers underfloor heating and is fully wheelchair accessible, with a ramp available if needed. As is the case with all our apartments, parking is provided.
