LA CASA DEL RÍO. Ideal for families with children and couples seeking tranquility
Fully equipped house. It consists of 2 rooms all with TV, one of them with bathroom (jacuzzi), a toilet, kitchen / living room, electric heating, closed fireplace and garden with barbecue. The house is located in a nature reserve area (Besaya), 40 minutes from the ski slope (high field) and 35 minutes from Santander. You can also do hiking trails along the Roman road and other parts of the town. Its location is in a villa called Pujayo where approximately 80 inhabitants live and at the same time connected to the nearest town called Barcena de Pie de Concha located five minutes by car, where we find most services.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
