Luxury villa with two swimming pools and spectacular sea views in the sought after town of Alella, known for its vineyards and located just 17 km from the city of Barcelona.
It consists of 600 m2 built divided into three floors connected by elevator and garden of 1000 m2. It highlights its infinity pool with panoramic sea views and integrated heated jacuzzy, beach area with semi-submerged hammocks and transparent acrylic waterfall. It has another heated indoor pool with counter-current swimming, waterfall, pressure jet and integrated jacuzzy.
On the first floor there is a suite with bathroom, indoor pool and parking for one vehicle with electric car charger (it is a quiet street with easy parking outside).
On the first floor there is a living room of 75 m2 with direct access to the pool and double height ceiling, fireplace, decorative fountains, dining table, sofas, TV, kitchen and a suite, both with access to the garden.
The second floor has a suite with dressing room and bathroom with bathtub and shower, a double and a triple room sharing a bathroom, a large relaxation room with bar, sofa, TV, massage chair and glass office.
Guests can enjoy Bang & Olufsen music system, Wi-Fi, latest generation Thermomix, barbecue, covered gym in the outdoor area and high quality furniture.
From the same street there is a beautiful path with views of Barcelona and the vineyards, surrounded by Mediterranean pine trees.
