Large apartment that lacked charm

I'll start with the pros, this apartment was big enough for everyone. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which accommodated our 5 people. It has ductless ac/heaters which worked well. It has a clothes washer (no dryer, so hang dry). And it has a living room space for everyone to relax at the end of the day. The man who helped us get into the apartment was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was safe to walk in and was about a 7 minute walk to the closest metro. The cons are that it has absolute Zero charm. The furniture was ugly and some of it in disrepair. The walls were dirty and most crevices also dirty. The refrigerator, while clean, had a horrible smell of decay that never abated. The blinds in the upstairs bedroom did not work so we could not darken the room. The hallway floor to the upstairs bedroom was warped and sagging. The supplies in the kitchen were okay but incomplete, like no cutting board and the electric water kettle was so caked in crust that it was not usable. They did not give any extra trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels so these had to be purchased from by us from the nearby market. Overall, the apartment was useful and met our needs for the most part, but it was poorly maintained and decorated.

Comfortable place in a quiet street... fairly hilly so it is NOT mobility friendly. Very close to train which makes it easy to come and go. Alex (property manager / not the owner) is very friendly. I had to communicate with him outside the app which was a bit clunky.

Апартаменты находятся не в центре, но близко от станции метро и парка Гуэль. Мебель хорошая, на кухне есть все необходимое, чисто. Не понравилась только задержка с передачей ключей, мы приехали с детьми ночью и ждали 15 минут на улице.
