Perfect for a luxurious escape close to Costa Brava and also great choice for family or friends stay, only few minutes away from gorgeous sandy beaches.

The luxury villa of 450 m2 has breathtaking panoramic sea view and infinity salt water pool. The pool has a powerful heating system so our guests can enjoy it most months of the year. Located along the coastline which stretches north-east from the city of Barcelona to the start of the Costa Brava at Blanes.

Distributed into 3 floors, the villa is accessed through the top level into the hall and the main sleeping area. It has an elevator and a garage with an additional parking space to allow two cars to be parked in the property in total.

Floor 1 has 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower + 1 double bedroom and 1 kids room with 2 beds and 1 guest bathroom with shower.

Floor 0: kitchen (brand new top-class kitchen, fully equipped), 1 courtesy bathroom and a spacious living-room with panoramic sea view. Expandable dining table for 10 persons.

Floor -1: spacious room with double bed, sofa and a courtesy bathroom. The spacious room has the possibility to host two or three extra single beds. There is also another bed-room with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.

A real highlight of the house is its fabulous outdoor space. Featuring a large modern terrace complete with an infinity pool (8,5 x 4,5 mts - max depth of 165cm), sun deck, chill out area, partially shaded with comfortable sofa and armchairs and a dining table for 6 / 8 people, it offers great views out to the sea.

Wifi (fiber connection to the house) is provided for free with good coverage on all floors and outdoor.

The villa offers its guests all the amenities they need during their stay. Located 40 km north of downtown Barcelona and 30 km from Costa Brava and only 10 minutes from Port Balis - Nautic Club of Sant Andreu de Llaveneres. 2 golf courses within 3 km from the house, horse-riding club (2 km), tennis club (0.5 km), supermarkets only few minutes by car and a big shopping center and hospital in Matarò (7 km away) . Very good restaurants and "chiringuitos" along the sandy beach of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Caldes d'Estrac and Arenys de Mar.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

Amazing House

We stayed in this amazing house over Christmas and had a fabulous time. We payed the extra to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. There was plenty of room for two families. With two living areas it meant the adults and kids had their own space.

Incroyable Maison

L'emplacement et la vue de la maison sont incroyable! La maison est également incroyable et très spacieuse. Nous avons passer 7jours et nous n'avons pas vue passé les jours tellement le cadre et la maison sont bon. Nous allons très certainement revenir mais pour plusieurs jours. La communication avec la propriétaire et vraiment parfaite. Rien a dire, tout est au top!
