Perfect Getaway Stay!
This lovely apartment was much more than we expected. It's extremely spacious, and the rooftop terrace is spectacular. It's a quiet property in a family neighborhood. We could walk to a grocery and to restaurants. The beach was glorious-- a less than 5 minute walk from the apartment. When we wanted to go into Barcelona, we walked to the metro and were in the center of the city in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this property and these kind property owners. We hope to return!

Really cool little place
Loved our little place in Brussels. It's a bit of a climb up 4 flights of stairs, but it is really walking distance to everything and it's like you are in a little bird's nest overlooking the city. It was fun and really relaxing. We loved it and it was fun.

Nous avons passĆ© de bonnes vacances dans ce gite. TrĆØs bien placĆ©, proche des plages et de la gare. Parking Ć disposition.
Le toit terrasse avec vue sur mer est le point remarquable du gite. Exceptionnel !
Le propriƩtaire est rƩactif dans sa communication.
Quelques travaux d'entretiens permettraient de mettre en valeur le bien :
- la hotte d'aspiration ne tient pas et mƩrite un nettoyage
- quelques travaux d'entretiens: fil Ć linges cassĆ©s, carreaux de carrelage bancales, fil Ć©lectrique apparent, poignĆ©e de fenĆŖtres qui restent dans la main, ....
L'accueil ne s'effectue pas par le propriĆ©taire mais des employĆ©s en charge du mĆ©nage. Cela enlĆØve Ć la convivialitĆ© et Ć l'Ć©change. La personne qui nous accueillie, a rĆ©pondu nĆ©anmoins Ć toutes nos questions et Ć©tait professionnelle.
On recommande mais en ayant conscience de ces diffƩrents ƩlƩments.

Nettes, sauberes FerienhƤuschen in ruhiger Umgebung mit schƶnem Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse
Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2019 fĆ¼r eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.
Das Haus bot uns (wir waren zu viert) ausreichend Platz. Das Wohnzimmer im EG ist schƶn gerƤumig und hat einen gemĆ¼tlichen Esstisch. Die kleine KĆ¼che (ebenfalls im EG) reicht fĆ¼r die Zubereitung und das Kochen einfacher Gerichte absolut aus. Der KĆ¼hlschrank ist groĆ und sauber, und auch der kleine GeschirrspĆ¼ler hat uns treue Dienste erwiesen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sowie der kleine Hauswirtschaftsraum (mit Waschmaschine!) befinden sich im ersten OG. DarĆ¼ber (im zweiten OG) folgt die gerƤumige Dachterrasse, welche aufgrund der erhƶhten Lage des Hauses einen traumhaften Blick auf das Mittelmeer bietet. Auf dieser Dachterrasse befinden sich u.a. ein groĆer Esstisch mit StĆ¼hlen, mehrere LiegestĆ¼hle und eine WƤscheleine. Aufgrund der Treppe ist das Haus fĆ¼r Menschen mit einer starken Gehbehinderung (Rollstuhlfahrer) nicht geeignet, aber das ist ja auch in der Beschreibung des Hauses so angegeben und war fĆ¼r uns kein Problem.
Was wir wirklich genossen haben, war die ruhigere Lage ca. 20 km auĆerhalb von Barcelona. Durch die gute und preiswerte Bahnanbindung (RegionalzĆ¼ge āRodalies de Catalunyaā) und den kurzen FuĆweg zum Bahnhof (ca. 10 Minuten) ist man in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten im Zentrum von Barcelona.
Wir buchen gerne nochmal dieses Haus, wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona fahren.
Zumal die Vermieterin Ruth sehr hilfsbereit war und auch SonderwĆ¼nsche (KĆ¼chenwaage, Personenwaage, Ausdrucken von Tickets) mƶglich gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafĆ¼r und auch fĆ¼r das Willkommenspaket (Milch, Wein, Marmelade) im KĆ¼hlschrank!!

great place to stay for summer holiday
we (2 couples and 2 friends) spent 10 days at this cozy home near Barcelona and we really had a great time. Ruth and Albert were very friendly and supported us wherever they could. Was really cool to be on the beach and have the view to Barcelona skyline and if you want to do some sightseeing just jump in the train and 20 min later you are in Barcelona. We want to thank Ruth and Albert for their hospitality and we would definitely book it again.
