Cozy and elegant studio with terrace in the city center

The studio with a private terrace is located in the Born, which preserves the medieval Barcelona area while breathing the bohemian air of the artists who settled in the zone during the 20th century, next to the María basilica of Santa of the a few minutes walking from the Palau de la Música Catalana, the Picasso Museum and the Ciutadella Park.



It is a building with a lift (you have to climb 14 steps to reach the lift) located two stops from the beach (Jaume I metro station: line 4)

Perfect Location

This is a cozy little place in a perfect location. Loved the terrace. The space itself is small. It was advertised with a sleeper sofa but instead has a queen sized bed which is very comfortable but takes a lot of space.

Really poor customer service.

Unfortunately, our experience with Ola was almost entirely negative from check in to check out. First, Ola uses a terrible phone application rather than a physical key to access both the building and the room. This app was very finicking and unreliable in our experience. We even called and left a voicemail with Ola about our issues accessing the room with the “app key” and NEVER received a call back (luckily, we eventually figured it out after trial and error). Second, the building and room smelled like crap. The odor started in the entrance hall and even seeped into our room. Finally, we were rudely awaken every single morning by the cleaning crew vacuuming and cleaning other rooms. This was a really bad lodging experience.

Superbe emplacement

L’endroit est très difficile à trouver et les installations sanitaires (toilette et douche) coulent donc on doit utiliser une moppe tout le temps. Par contre c’est un beau petit studio situé dans un quartier magnifique!
