This spectacular, very bright vacation home is a perfect alternative to a luxury hotel, as you can enjoy a quiet stay with family or friends in a beautiful, high quality environment. The beautiful, modern designed 800 m² garden with 10 sun loungers and fantastic views of the sea and the mountains and the 33 m² private pool invite you to relax and sunbathe on the property. The sandy beach is also just 3 km away, trekking and mountain bike trails can also be reached in just 1.5 km.

Five of the six large bedrooms offer a dressing room and an en suite bathroom, most of which feature a massage shower. A bathtub is installed in the master bedroom. Bright, spacious rooms, a large lobby with exquisite decor down to the smallest detail, and a fully equipped kitchen with an American refrigerator await you here. Each room has a TV and there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Around the bedrooms you can enjoy the comfortable balconies with seating and beautiful views. Two high chairs and two cribs are provided for small children, and the house offers two parking spaces.

The neighborhood promises plenty of variety such as shopping in "La Roca del Village", hiking in the "Parc Litoral", the water park "Illa Fantasia" as well as horseback riding and a golf course. The avant-garde city of Barcelona with its many attractions can be reached by train or car in just 30 minutes.
