Splendid villa for rent with annex, located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, in the Chianti area, halfway between Florence and Siena.
The villa has a beautiful private garden, decorated with lawn, plants and beautiful flowers.

Inside the garden, there is a large gazebo, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a dining table, for pleasant outdoor dinners.
For sports lovers, the villa has a structure used as a gym with glass walls overlooking the surrounding hills. As well as a SPA complete with a hot tub and sauna.
For the entertainment of children, there is also a play area with slides, swings and a wooden house.

The outdoor spaces are embellished with a beautiful private infinity pool, located on a lower level and immersed in the greenery of the Chianti countryside, with a fairytale panorama.
The pool is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers and a heated Jacuzzi, to relax and cool off on a summer day.
There is also a barbecue available for guests, ideal for tasty barbecues with friends.

Please note that the Villa is recommended for groups of up to 12 people, however there is the possibility of adding up to a maximum of 1 or 2 extra beds at a cost of 200 euros per bed (per week). The price therefore displayed is for groups of up to 12 people, if you are more you will be asked for an extra payment on site.

The luxury property for rent is composed of the main villa, its annex and the gym and can accommodate up to 13 people in 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms.

The main building, the villa measures 500 square meters and is spread over 3 floors.
The entire Lower floor includes the Spa which is accessed from the back of the villa through a living room and a service kitchen. At guests' disposal, there are various wellness services such as the Turkish bath, the Sauna, Jacuzzi (for 2-4 people), bathroom with shower, chromotherapy and massage beds.

On the ground floor you are welcomed by a bright colored veranda, furnished with a fireplace, stone floors, wicker sofa and armchairs, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
From the veranda you can access the billiard room with bar corner, the main kitchen and the elegant dining room with fireplace.
Below is a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair and flat-screen TV.
The floors, as well as all the furniture, are entirely made of fine wood, in black and white colors that offer the environment a pleasant and harmonious contrast.

The upper floor accessible via a stone staircase, consists of 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds) that overlook the surrounding landscape, all elegantly furnished and equipped with a walk-in closet and private bathroom.
The bathrooms, 1 with shower and 3 with both bathtub and shower, are made of fine material such as travertine marble.
On the same level you will find a large living room with wooden beams, furnished with sofas, armchairs, an ancient Tuscan fireplace and a wooden desk.

The Dependence. Adjacent to the villa, there is a charming dependance that measures 100 square meters and is distributed over 2 floors.
The ground floor consists of a cozy living area with a small kitchen, a dining table and a sofa.
On the first floor, reachable by climbing some stairs, there are two bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds, ideal for children) and a bathroom with shower.
All bedrooms are equipped with: air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets, double and dark glazing.

The Gym. As soon as you go up to the garden you will find the gym building (ALL GLASS) with treadmills, exercise bikes, various machines and weights, also with a minibar, air conditioning and barbell. The building is extremely panoramic and designed to make training an overwhelming experience.

The rental villa has been recently renovated with an eye to traditional style and touches of luxury, has wi-fi internet connection, mosquito nets, safes, smoke and Co2 detectors... and is equipped with many other luxury comforts: Spa, Air Conditioning, Children's Play Area, Billiards.

The Villa is located in a splendid area of ​​Chianti, conveniently halfway between Florence and Siena, and for this reason the perfect location for visiting the many villages of Chianti and Tuscany. It has been recently renovated with an eye to traditional style and touches of luxury, and is equipped with many comforts: Spa, Air Conditioning, Children's Play Area, Billiards Table).
Therefore, it is the ideal accommodation for families with children or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful landscape areas of Tuscany.
