The room was equipped with only the bare necessities. Air-conditioning did not work properly in either one of the three rooms. The location was extremely convenient though and staff very helpful and courteous.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and the staff was very friendly. Restaurant also available without the need to reserve which is fantastic as a lot of places to eat were closed due to COVID. However, WiFi was awful, you cannot even connect to the network. The signal was also poor given that you will be in the mountains. So be prepared to be uncontactable living there.

It was a fairly nice hotel. Everyone we encountered who worked there was super nice. We had some train delays and then were further delayed at the airport where we went to rent a car, so the reception person was messaging me back and forth for my ETA, as they stop receiving guests at 10 pm. We barely made it, getting there at 930 pm. But once we arrived, everything went smoothly. The kitchen even cooked us some food, despite the late time. The room was like an apartment. Fully furnished, with a full kitchen and even a dishwasher. Breakfast had a fee of 8 euros, but I think it was worth it. It was very quiet. There was a pretty pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Pretty location with pretty views. I would stay here again.

Country-style living in the heart of Tuscany

Looking for a Tuscan experience central to Florence & Siena, we were advised of the Chianti Village by a nearby resident in Morrocco. What a perfect location for day trips to the two cities mentioned, along with easy access to delightful neighbouring villages of Tavarnelle & San Donato. San Gimignano & a local winery were also easy trips, and the array of restaurants & cafes in the region is a treat. We couldn't have asked for more in trying to have the ultimate Tuscan holiday.

A Wonderful Week in Tuscany

Chianti Village Hotel was wonderful. We had an apartment suite that was perfec for 3 people.The place was spotless, the service excellent and all of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location about 28 Km South of Florence and just off the autostrade was excellent for exploring the region.

Wonderful Place and People

The room is huge with a good view of the surrounding hills. The room is new and clean and kitchen is well equipped. The staff is extremely, extremely wonderful. Very friendly, conscientious and helpful (they noted of my wife's birthdate on checking in). What made the stay even more memorable is that my wife was presented with a surprise on her birthday, which was during our stay at the resort.

Beautiful facility. Apartment style.

Well located in the Center of Tuscany. Modern facility. We were in the off season in the 2nd week of April. Restaurant had opened and the pool was also closed.
